Is there something wrong with my one year old won't drink water or milk out of a cup? breastfeeding only

I have tried countless of different sippy cups, open cup, straws cups, adding juice adding fruit.. different water temperatures different milk temperatures she will just not take to it. I have spent so much money on cups. Its driving me kinda crazy. Maybe this is normal I don't know does anyone have tips I've tried showing her how I use a straw I'll try cutting the straw in half and blocking the top and having her suck the other end and she just won't do it she hates water by the way. I've been wanting to wean her off and I just can't because she won't drink anything else but breast milk directly from the boob ..she might take a few sips of water a day out of an open cup but then she pushes it away. I've asked her doc and they just tell me to keep offering. Been offering since they told me I could at 6 months lol she's 1 year and 3 weeks now lol
