Soooo, I’m on my third round of letrozole , been TTC for 3 years. I was suppose to start my period on Saturday, and now Wednesday I have yet to start. I had a negative pee test at the doctor today. I normally always have a period after and during my us two weeks ago I was showing one dominant follicle measuring a cm. I’m super confused 😐 I want a baby so bad but this is so discouraging 😭 advice/insight?!?
