Starving yourself ? BF snacks quickly and not bringing bugs

My 1 mo old is EBF -!: I feel like I starve myself 14 hours cuz I’m so tired at night I keep snoozing with him if someone ids around to watch my older one but then someone’s I don’t eat straight for like 10-14 hours - what do u eat if anything at night while nursing or in the morning ? I’m good about drinking water
