Newborn hearing test.
Has anyone ever had their newborn fail not just one, but both auditory brainstem respone test and brain audiometry evaluation in both ears? What was the outcome if so? Deafness? Hearing loss? Or something else?
My newborn failed both test, in both ears 4 times today. We are being sent to an audiologist but looking for insight as well.
