Pregnancy symptoms with Clomid??

Hey ladies! For those of you who have conceived while on Clomid, what were your first signs that you might be pregnant??

I finally conceived on my 5th round of clomid.
The other rounds I swore that those were the months because I had cramping etc. but the month I actually conceived I had no symptoms except sore breast.

Conceived on my 6th round of clomid (TTC 4 years) and the only symptom I had different from my period was getting pimples (I'm 34) so that was unusual. This round I also had implantation bleeding and the other rounds I did not.
