Nosebleeds?

I'm 33 weeks and my nose has just been slowly bleeding for the last week or so. Like every time I blow my nose, morning, afternoon, evening there are small clots and some red blood mixed with the mucus. It never actively runs. I am on baby aspirin daily but this just started. I know a lot of people get nosebleeds in pregnancy and I do have increased congestion, just wondering if I need to be concerned at all or if it's just a normal pregnancy thing?

I kept getting gushing nose bleeds 2&3 tri. Use a humidifier

Do you have high blood pressure? Nosebleeds can be common for someone with hypertension.

Same. My gp recommended some oil for nasal use. I take it every other day and it works fine. I am from Germany, so quite sure yoy might have different brands. I am using "Weleda Nasenöl".

It can be normal even with gums and stuff but i would bring it up to your doctor or midwife just to make sure

Normal. I’m 11 weeks PP, but third trimester my nose bled every day. Sometimes for 2hrs and heavy. It all stopped once I gave birth . And I was also on blood thinners

sounds normal to me. i had nosebleeds throughout my pregnancy
