Then benefits of probiotics really aren’t going to pass to your milk.  They make them for babies though which our doctor recommended in order to help with reflux.

I asked the ped about it- she said the best probiotic for baby is breastmilk. And that me taking a supplement wont really change the milk. She said if im eating a balanced diet no need for extra supplements
