Light spotting only in morning?

I’m having light spotting (like a tint of brown or pink in my CM) most mornings and then it just stops by afternoon. It’s only when I’m up and going around the house the first couple hours of the day then it basically stops? It’s driving me crazy because I get worried every time I see it. No cramps. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyone ever had this? I’ve had two previous losses but it wasn’t like this.
