Anyone else?

My soon to be 16 month old will play happily on my lap, forever! Lol would rather be right there next to me, hugging me and playing, than go roam around his room and play.. lol and he freaks out, if I even stand up to go bathroom or something !! Just wondering , is it just him? I honestly can’t get anything done 😅And I’m a first time mom; and currently 8 weeks pregnant!! So wondering is this why ?? I feel super drained lol

Omg congratulations!!! Daniel likes to be near me sometimes but if we’re in his room? Forget it. He just wants to play with his toys and take all of his clothes out of the drawers!

Mine is sometimes like you described. I will change his diaper and then I can’t even go put it in the garbage without him clinging to me like the world is ending and throwing a fit if I walk away. Then other times he is perfectly content to play on his own. It seems more like out of sight out of mind usually, so if I’m in the same room he wants to be right with me, but if I’m in another room (watching him on the monitor) he will happily entertain himself for a while. 
Also congrats! That is super exciting news, so happy for you and your family.

Congrats on being pregnant!!! And yes my little guy does this too. 😂😂 I have a almost 3.5 year old as well so I have just accepted that I won’t have a clean house lol!

I wish my daughter would for 5 minutes! She hates cuddling/being held . I'm 5 months along with our second and have an 8 hour flight with her next week.... Not sure how I will entertain her uncontainable self 😬

Exactly the same here!!! I cannot even get up and get him a new book or toy, or he would just knock his head on the dloor and screm hell😂 I'm 26 weeks pregnant, too
