Sudden issues

I’m 14 and started to use a menstrual cup a couple months ago. I thought I would be too young but it turned out to be great!!

After using it for maybe 6 months suddenly it stared to not open and really hurt when putting it in and taking it out.

I have no idea why all of a sudden it just doesn’t want to open!! I’m using the Lunette cup, so if anyone has either any tips or maybe another cup to use I would love if you could let me know as I don’t know anyone else who uses one.
