Appointments??

Question

For some reason I was under the impression after 28 weeks that my appointments would switch to every two weeks until 36 weeks...but at my 28 week appointment today she told me my next appointment will be in 4 weeks at 32. Is this normal? I guess every where is different.

I work in obgyn and our 3rd trimester schedule goes like his unless you’re high risk:
28 weeks 
32 weeks
36 weeks (with ultrasound)
37 weeks
38weeks
39weeks
40weeks
and so on

I’m in Canada and that’s normal! After 32 weeks it’s every 2 weeks then after 36 weeks it’s every week

I'm 28w2d and I had an appointment this past Monday at 27w6d and doctor told me to come back in two weeks. I think it may just depend on the office

I was 28 or 29 weeks when I seen my doc and she scheduled my next appointment 3 to 4 weeks from my last appointment.

I’ll be 29 weeks tomorrow & she told me every two weeks from now on...
