What would you do?

I'm due to get my nexplanon out soon. I Hurd that the nexplanon is less affective close to the end. During January I had all these pregnancy systems. I was nauseous the whole month tender breast, moody and spotting for 3 days. Then Finley my period came. It was my first normal period sence I got the nexplanon.

This month I have missed my period. Every thing whent like I was about to be on my period. My face broke out and everything. My boobs are tender and feel Fuller and I'm staring to see some stretch marks on them also. My lower abdomen feels more more tighter and I feel just plain fat. My clothes just feel two small now. It's driving me nuts. Any thoughts? Thank you
