Hi, I need some advice. So I work as a certified nursing assistant. I do a lot of heavy lifting and bending during the day and it’s becoming to much for me. I talked to my doctor and she wants to put me on restrictions (especially since I’m high risk) but my work mentioned that if I have any restrictions then they are going to take me off the schedule. We still need my income for our bills. But my job is getting way to hard to do without restrictions. Do they have to accommodate me or will I just have to be without an income? Please help
