9 weeks PP, 3rd Mirena at 6weeks and STILL BLEEDING

I am so sick of being on period! I haven’t stopped!! I bled heavily for a week after having baby, then couple days stopped then bled like a period after that. It will stop for a day or two here and there. Got the mirena for 3rd time having it, and I am STILL bleeding and like good lord wtf is going on. I never even had periods before immediately after getting mirena last two times after pregnancies. Anyone else experiencing this?? I am sick of blood!!!!! 😩😭
