Stretching leather shoes at the toe?

So my company just got a new uniform. We’re required to wear heels but everyone has issues with them as the toe is quite narrow (meant for someone with 3 toes if I’m honest 😂). Does anyone have advice on softening the leather on the toe? I already brought them to a cobbler to get them stretched, he tried his best but they still squeeze my toes. Any help would be appreciated as we can’t swap the shoes for another size 😱

They make a leather stretching spray! I rode horses and the spray is a godsend when we’re trying to break in new riding boots

You can try filling a ziploc bag with water, putting it in the shoe where it needs to be stretched, and then in the freezer. It expands when it freezes so it should stretch.

Attach your third to your second toenail with tape!

I worked at a dsw for a while and always recommended ladies go up half a size and and an inset in the very back of the shoe for sliding. Of course that doesn’t help if you already own them. You can try bags of water in the freezer overnight but I’ve found it doesn’t work very well with patent leather but should work just fine if it’s more of a natural leather
