LMP 6w but ultrasound shows 4ish week

So from my LMP i should be 6w1d yesterday but I did an early scan due to previous MC and the doc said it looks more like around 4 weeks. We saw the gestational sac and he said there is clearly signs of pregnancy.

He sent me for blood test today and Monday to see the levels...

But I did a Clearblue week indicator this morning and it showed Pregnant 3+ so that would be like 5-6 weeks usually... so my HCG levels are high enough to get a 3+ result....

Any one went through this and had a happy ending?
