Anyone vegetarian? My weight loss story

I love cooking and helping people make better and more healthy eating lifestyle choices!

I started intermittent fasting with an eating window of 10am-6pm (8 hour) & some days 1pm-7pm (6 hour) sometimes I will do a 4 hour.

I did not have anyone to guide me. I dropped 50lbs! I also had a lot of hair loss! I went to a nutritionist and doctor and was told I had to up my protein & supplement iron & b12 since I don’t eat meat! Game changer! My hair grew back.

I try to eat clean and have a protein shake everyday. I do have an occasional cookie 🤫 This is an example of 1 meal I have during the day!

I’m working on losing another 50lbs now.
