Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on January 1st. And conceived again on January 14th. I never had a period inbetween. Would I consider my miscarriage as the first day of my cycle? And then I would be 7 weeks pregnant? Or would I go off when we conceived and I’m only 5 weeks pregnant?
