The kids' mom has been trying to manipulate my husband with the kids because she wants money from him she doesn't have any right to. She's been telling them lies for weeks if not months now.

I feel so bad for the kids 😭

I'm now sitting outside the police station while my husband is reporting that he didn't get the kids as advised by our lawyer.

When we went to retrieve the kids from her house she ran to the back with them like a murderer was in her doorstep..

It's horrible.

She said the kids don't want to come because they are scared of their dad...

But they have nothing to be afraid of.

My husband is a good dad and doesn't lay his hands on them.

The kids told me last week that she told them that he was going to strangle her...

So that's why they're scared...

We're meeting our lawyer on monday, we're going to court..

Wish us goodluck. Because no kid deserves this 😭😭😭

Thx for the advise! It was set up 5 years ago 😉

It has been changed with mutual agreement last year, and she's now onesidedly changing it back.

Anyways, thx for your support and the care for the kids' mental situation 🤣

We don't want to send in the police and traumatize the kids. She's allowing us to take the kids tomorrow and we'll go to court in regards to her changing the arrangements..

It is set in the original divorce agreement that both parents will always do their best to keep the contact between the kids and the other parent in the best possible condition so she's definitely violating that statement by telling them terrible lies.. Like him being physically abusive.. Which just isn't true

You asked to update.. Right now it's just lawyers sending letters to eachother.. Which is just communication.

Due to the covid-19 they can't setup a court date.. And when they can it can still take up quite a while..
