Belly cramps postpartum

I have a lot of cramps.

A lot up high others all over.

Some down low.

Yeah I just had a baby and a c section 1 wk 6 days ago.

I know about uterus shrinking pains.

But a doc felt my incision a wk ago and said my uterus was already down low again?

So why are my cramps up high and all over my stomach?

Also have non stop diarrhea and vomiting.

Anyone had hg and when did it stop after labor. I feel like being on zofran for over 10 months ruined my digestive system.

Still throw up everything and can’t stop water pooping.

The belly pain hurts.

The head aches hurt.

Blood pressure is normal.

Walk around quite often.

To reduce fluid build up.

I’m hours away from home and the er here is b.s and l&d took 4 hours to see me. Er husband waited 6 hours with phenomena.

Should I at all worry about anything if my blood pressure is good ?

My bleeding is way less than last wk.
