Don’t do that. I just diluted hydrogen peroxide with water (there’s an exact measure amount of the ratios online) I also used distilled water and I emptied out a summers eve douche( I bought a 4 pack of those just do rinse them out) and rinsed it out and put the hydrogen peroxide and water in it and douched with it. I hardly ever douche and I know people say don’t do it but it worked for me. Sometimes I needed to do it again the next day but after that I was good to go. No bacterial vaginosis or any weird problems. I also have ph strips I bought from amazon to always test my vaginal ph level and before I used the douche it was a bad ph level and after I used the douche it was a normal healthy ph level.
