I breastfed my baby for about 7 months until he decided that he was done (he started biting me every time I put him on) so for the past month I’ve been pumping my exclusively. I pump about every 4 hrs during the day. Recently I’ve had pain in my breast like I’m full but when I go to pump not much comes out. I’ve tried showers before pumping and massaging them while pumping but it doesn’t seem to help they still feel full after 30 min. It also use to take me 15 min to empty them out now it takes sooo long. Anyone have any advice to make it go faster and for the pain/fullness.
