Anyone know about nipple cream and breast feeding.
Doc said washing my body multiple times a day is caused nipple issues but stop dialing down chest would help them heal.
But also gave me cream to put on them. Its extremely gooey and doesn’t come off with just water?
It needs soap. When I have to pump every 2 hours how to I get the cream goo off to pump and not put the medicine in the milk if I’m not stupider to soap off my chest ?
