Workouts

I am 11 weeks Postpartum and I am getting back into the gym and fitness thing...

Naturally I want to tackle my belly.. I know I have to ease into it..

But I've heard that sit ups and crunches are a NO after pregnancy...

Is that true? If not... Can I start easing into core workouts like planks and crunches now?

I've had a natural delivery, everything went fine.
