Bad heartburn?

My heartburn is so bad at night.. I can’t sleep. Ugh
Anyone else?

Feel like I could could breathe fire!  But my doctor told me to take Pepcid at night, Tums during the day and elevate my head at night.

Liquid gaviscon!!! It forms a barrier and keeps the acid in your stomach. It’s a lifesaver.

Me too :( just started this week. I have been having smaller meals and also if it starts to burn when I lie down I drink half a glass of cold milk. It helps it settle :)

Just woke up with acid in my throat! Had to go eat some yogurt. It’s 2 am here. Not sure when sleep is coming now 😢😢

try to use a wedge pillow or to prop yourself up when you sleep, that sometimes helps too!

tums work well. the chewy good kind not the chalky ones. i take one before bed as i’ve woken up and swallowed back whatever came up (yuck)

Mine has been getting worse and worse but thankfully doesn’t affect my sleep. Do you prop yourself up a bit? That may help!

Eat some yogurt before bed only a bit and sleep in your left side so your stomach is lower then your throat try to sleep with some extra pillows of you can. 😣

Yep me alsooo! The other night I woke up with my whole throat + chest burning then ended up puking nothing but stomach acid. Then the next morning the same thing 🤦🏻‍♂️ drinking milk has definitely been helping me. I drink cold milk and drink it quickly.
