Hospital Bag?

What are you guys planning on using? I have a duffle bag but I don’t think it’s big enough, should it be okay to have 2 bags with me? And 2 pillows as well

Honestly, I was so exhausted after giving birth that there's no way I could tell you whether or not the hospital pillows were confirtable. Anything I could rest my head on was wonderful at that point! I'd save the hassle and not take the pillows, but that's just me.

i don’t really think you’ll need two bags. pack minimally. pillows aren’t necessary either, the hospital ones worked just fine

I was so tired that the hospital pillows could have been rocks and I wouldn't have cared. But I do wish I would have brought a nursing pillow with me.

I have a small suitcase and my sons changing bag for his bits. It’s my first baby so I’ve gone over prepared. I’m not taking pillows either

everyone says the hospital ones are fine but i’ll be the first to say that they are super uncomfortable. when i went into preterm labor, the hospital i was staying at had the WORST pillows. they flattened out really fast and i had to have three just for my belly to be comfortable. i don’t remember how they were when i was in labor with my first but i think i definitely wanted my own pillows while i was in the hospital. if you wanna be comfortable then absolutely go for bringing your own pillows.

I used a carry on size bag with my first and didnt even use half the stuff I brought. All i remember using was my own pj that i didnt care if it got gross, my own pillow because that always makes me more comfortable, an outfit for going home for me and baby and I think that's it. I'd say if your own pillow makes you comfortable bring it but I dont think 2 is necessary.

I used a backpack. Only packed an outfit to go home and an outfit for baby to go home. And a couple travel size toiletries that I didn’t use. I used whatever the hospital had & I didn’t need more. I had 2 c sections
