What kind of medicine can I take While pregnant to help with my cold sore I can’t sleep at night it’s gets harder and harder every night I am currently 5weeks & 3 days ￼I have trouble breathing and sick and always feeling so bloated! Any medicine guys recommended or can I take an for cold sore while pregnant?

Nothing you can really take that early.  Some of the stuffiness is just from being pregnant.  The only thing you can really do is steam, and nasal strips (breathe right).  You may be able to use Vicks but I would check with your doctor first
