Ladies listen. I have reoccurring bacterial vaginosis and utis. Theres nothing more i hate than having to pay to go to urgent care or call and wait for an appt with my gyno to get antibiotics. I heard abt the 98point6 app and decided to give it a shot. Its basically an on demand Dr. You go into the app and explain whats going on. From there the app acts as the nurse. Gathers all your info, symptoms and what not then relays it to the dr your matched with. From there youll talk to the dr and they'll decide if its something they can treat or if you need to be seen in person. The visits are mostly text based but theres options to video chat and send pics. Y'all...after 8 years of having to sit and wait in my gynos office almost every month just for some damn antibiotics cause my body cant act right..i just got my scripts for my bv and uti in 5mins! They obviously cant treat everything but theres a wide variety they can help with. If you have insurance i believe you can use your insurance with this app if its accepted but Its $20 for your first year subscription if you don't have insurance and $1 per "visit" ($120 thereafter but you have a year to decide if its worth it🤷) but for someone like me who knows im going to need antibiotics a few times a year this is a godsend.
