Getting pregnant

Me and my wife want a child so bad. We’ve looked into adopting and we tried at home insemination which didn’t work. We got told that the easiest way to conceive would to be natural insemination. Is it weird or anything that i am thinking about it. I would do anything to start my family. Has any other couples done this way?
