okay this was my hair before

what i got (which i’m not mad about)

and then i get home and start looking at it after i showered and all that... and there’s a complete straight line between brown and blonde in the back of my head. so, i texted the lady who did my hair and she wants to charge me 105 dollars to fix it cause “it’s not what i asked for” is this wrong? i was so mad i was on the verge of tears lol, the whole reason i went to get my hair done was to fix how awful it looked.. any opinions welcome; idk if i should call or what
