When did you get your period?

So I’m 15, nearly 16 and still haven’t gotten my period so I just wanted to know how common or uncommon this was.

I got mine at 12 but my grandma got hers at 8 and my aunt got hers at 17 🤷🏽‍♀️

There are a lot of factors I know genetics and body fat play a big role. My step sisters were almost 17 before they got their periods.

If you don't get your period by age 16 you should see a doctor as you might have something going on such as pcos

I got mine when I was 11. I had a friend who ate very unhealthily and she got hers at 9 while her mother had gotten hers at 14.
