Progesterone supplements -vaginal
My doctor gave me progesterone I insert vaginally at night before bed. She said a finger length in is good but I can’t seem to get past my middle finger knuckle. Anyone have any tips? I tried the stick you get with suppositories but that didn’t work. Thank you 😀
