Weight Gain

Madison

Since I have been diagnosed with PCOS I have changed my diet to different things over three years and still continue to barley maintain a weight or gain weight (45 pounds in three years. Currently 190). I literally worked out three times a week. Had a personal trainer and ate well. I am getting so freaking discouraged and just negative. I have cut out all sugar (processed/added), no more enriched flours, even limited meats. I finally lost 12 pounds but I just feel like the moment I slip up I mess up all the progress. Ugh. I’m just frustrated and had to vent I guess. Just don’t know what else to do. I live a healthy lifestyle and I just want my body to give me confidence instead of the other way around. Bleh.
