Blood Pressure Questions

When I got off of work for the day I felt super out of it so I decided to lay down… I ended up getting up because my body just fell off, after sitting there for about 45 minutes I realized I could hear my heart beating in the back of my head which was strange it made me think something was up with my blood pressure. After going to Walgreens they checked my blood pressure and it was 145/99... they waited about 10 min for another reading and got 135/90. I called L&D and went in... my first reading was 123/88, then about an hour later it was 132/80. They weren’t concerned about it all, so I just want to know what is an ok blood pressure reading to have? I am currently swollen as hell (my feet/ankles are gone) and my face, neck, and eyes swell about every two days too. I have had a couple days that I see squiggling lines and my vision has been off. I also have had nausea for over a week. I’m 36 weeks today.
