My infant has a yeast diaper rash. We are following his pediatricians orders (sitz baths, lotrimin 2x/day, 40% zinc oxide, air drying, no wipes). He also takes one nap diaper free while laying on me every day.

As I was searching the internet to find other ways to help it heal, I came across a couple articles suggesting using a hair dryer on the cool and low setting, to thoroughly dry the baby’s bottom before applying cream and diapering.

Just curious if anyone has tried this and if it worked or not?
