Traveling mother

So I am pregnant and due March 26. My mom is going to Japan to attend her dad's one year of passing get together (this is an important event in Japan) and will be back in mid March. I'm highly afraid of the coronavirus, should I make her wait two weeks until I or possibly the new baby see her? I'm due closer to the end of March but we all know how babies come on their own schedule. This will be her first grandchild and I don't want her to miss out. Am I overthinking things? Japan is a level two threat right now according to the CDC.
