My little boy is 11 weeks and 4 days and has been drooling and eating his hands for weeks. I didn’t think much of it until today when I noticed he had a little rash on his cheek. I checked his mouth and it appears his bottom right canine tooth had cut through. I’m really not sure if I believe it, even though I can feel and see it because I know how unlikely it is. The ‘tooth’ is cutting through at the front of the gum rather than the top.

Could it really be a tooth?
