Hi - I'm Trish.

I have a 10-year-old son and I'm trying to conceive again. During the 6 years I was with his dad I had no luck conceiving despite the fact that I didn't take bc or use any form of protection. I am now with a new guy and still not pregnant. I don't know if I would say we've been intentional in our attempts to have a baby, because we haven't tried to do it on certain days until this month. Last November I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids, so I'm not sure if this plays a role or not. The docs said it doesn't though. Any advice on how to make a more conscious attempt to conceive besides the usual (chart your cycle and pay attention to your cervical mucus)?
