How? Down 7 lbs in a week
So, last Sunday I started 1000 calorie a day diet. Before anyone says anything, I have tried every other diet out there and nothing works for ME and I talked to my doc before starting. I went asking for an appetite suppressant, and he recommended a few different diets for me to try first.
I eat whatever I want BUT within my calorie limit for the day. Workout for 10-20 minutes 3-5 days a week (I have a 6 month old so that's all I can manage)
On Sunday I weighed 184 and this morning I weighed and I was 177..like how is that possible?
I mean I'm happy about it but I feel like I cant believe it ?
Also, I'd like to add for anyone wondering. It really hasnt been hard at all. On day 3, I got a killer migraine that lasted til day 5 but that was my only issue. I've also cut out Soda and fast food.
