Ttc #2

So still haven’t seen my period since December had a faint pos last month. But just so nervous I’ve been having a whole bunch of symptoms. But today I was in shock as I wiped I saw pink and some lines of red. Is that my period finally coming or something else? I’m going to rei the beginning of March, so I didn’t want to get my hopes up. Any thoughts
