does anyone have any tips how to do it better ,Other people doing it to me do a great job but I can never seen to pleasure myself?

I had the same problem. My advice is just feel around and play around with yourself. Start slow, get a good feel of yourself to see what feels good. Once you find it, stick to it and later explore what else makes you feel good. Just patience is key.
