My cousin keeps making fun of me

Okay y’all so this might sound stupid but I’m a 22 year old woman and my cousin is 17 and he keeps telling me I’m ugly and I’m built like a mini fridge and stuff and I know he means no harm cause I’m his cousin and cousins pick on each other but he goes way to hard and it hurts my feelings he’s 6’7 and I’m really short and chubby so he hit me with a pillow today day and I know pillows ain’t hard but he’s really strong and it really hurt.. what should I do
