Do you ever just not feel good enough? I constantly worry that one day my husband will wake up and realize he maybe deserves better. He kinda just shuts it down if I bring it up and it’s never talked about until the feelings just overcome me and I break down while he’s asleep

Yes, happens once a month usually around the time when I’m about to get my period. Then now that I’m 8 months pregnant, I’m even more insecure. But I know if he wanted to leave me, he would’ve done so a long time ago. It’s not just about looks, it’s about what we’ve established together in our marriage and our family. Anytime I feel insecure whether it’s my looks or my body, I use it as motivation to snap back by working out or having a self-care day because I can only care for others when I care for myself first.

I am not married but I feel as if I’m not good enough and a lot of it is bc of my body image issues and then my depression. It sucks because I’m scared of him finding someone he can relate more with. But he married you for a reason so be confident in that❤️
