Ultrasound

So I went for abdomen ultrasound to check organs now I am feeling small lump on vein of tummy I don't know if it was there when I did the ultrasound btw it was 2 weeks ago and start feeling it last week.if it was there does the one who did the ultrasound for me could be able to see it? I am very thin soni feel everything thanks
