Dry eyes with makeup ?

Anyone else get dry eyes when they wesr eye make up? I dont usually wear makeup so that might be it

Mine used to 
Moisturize and use a foundation used for dry skin I use the wet n wild one it’s like $5 and it’s amazing on my skin. 
Also use a concealer that isn’t too full coverage and dnt add to much make up under the eye. Do like thin layers.
