Freaking out!!!

So, I'm going to try and keep it short. But I need someone to tell me if they had had this happened to them. I was so sure that I couldn't get pregnant on our own (naturally) I had my son 2 and half years ago after doing fertility because I was diagnosed with unknown infertility. My husband I have been together for 10 years. We never used protection and I have never had a natural pregnancy or miscarriage or any false positive in the last ten year. (With the exception of my son of course). Well recently I started my weight loss journey and so far I have lost 10 pounds I've been using weight loss supplements. Since then (like 3 months of using supplements) my period has been a little wacky, one to two days late, light and fast. So now I'm 3 to 4 days late. With no signs of it coming and I was going to start a cleanse today so just to be sure I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive!!!😱 I'm just blown away. I've told everyone I couldn't have kids naturally. I'm just going crazy in my mind like it might be a false positive because of the supplements or something. So here is my question, has anyone experienced this before??? And so let me hear your story. Oh and I'm getting ready to go buy more pregnancy test. I only had one at home.
