Entered my second trimester, anddddd im finallly up to going back to working out ! I believe i made a mistake trying to do core today ! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ what are your dos and donts for core! Im pretty sure i did every dont, without using my noodle ! Im so shamed lol. I was just soo excited to get back in there !! Advice, appreciated ! Thank you in advance!
