I've been pumping for going on 2 weeks
Since i had my baby every 2-5 hours depending if I fall asleep. I've noticed my supply starting to decrease. Last week I was getting 70-90 ml, now I'm getting 45-55 ml. Are there foods or anything I can do to get my supply back up that wont cost a bunch of money, down to my husbands income and only part of mine until I go back to work.
