Unisom SleepTabs?

Question

I’ve been taking unisom sleep tabs to help me sleep at night. I went down to half a pill and I still wake up EXTREMELY groggy and a little dizzy. Guess I just don’t get to sleep, since this isn’t worth the sleep. Anyone else react sensitively to unisom??

The first night I took it I slept till 3 pm the next day. Then I cut it in half and a decent night sleep.  So I kept using half but buy the 6th night I was waking up and staying wide awake at like 4 am. I smoke weed at night instead. I know I know but my doctor said it's okay right now. I also wake up sick as hell with it and when I skip it I dont. So idk to each its diffrent.

I take a half every night as well to help with my morning sickness and nausea. The first couple weeks taking it I felt hungover in the mornings but now my body must be getting useto it because I don’t notice a difference in the morning!
