Spotting or just irritation?

Sorry if this is TMI but I'm not sure what to do. So I've been peeing constantly which means I've been wiping constantly and that entire area has been sore because of all the wiping. I just wiped and there was blood but I'm not sure if it's just because my vagina is irritated from all the wiping or if it could be something more serious. Does anyone have any advice??

Irritation def!!! I’ve been havin this past two weeks or so I’m 29 weeks and my entire area feels sore its also super common to get little hemorrhoids so it could be from one of those I only notice it when I wipe down there

Do you have a hand mirror you could use to see if it’s blood from being irritation? Put a maxi pad in and see if it transfers to that. If there’s no cramping and it’s not lots of blood, I’m sure you’re okay. My OB said if I soak a pad in an hour then to go in.
